Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Vacation Behavior, a brand operated by Stitch and Go, is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to browse ideas, design a shirt, place an order, and track it, regardless of the assistive technology they use.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to test and improve the site.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and labels for screen readers.
- Full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator, and a “skip to content” link.
- Text and interactive elements chosen to meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and accessible names for icon buttons.
- Forms with associated labels and clear, text-based error messages.
- Layouts that reflow and stay readable when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
- Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” preference for animations.
- An optional High Contrast mode (toggle in the site footer) that deepens colors and gradients for stronger, WCAG AA-level contrast throughout; your choice is remembered on your device.
Known limitations and third-party content
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Parts of the experience rely on third-party services (for example, the Stripe payment form and embedded carrier tracking), and we work with those providers to improve accessibility but do not fully control their interfaces. If you encounter a barrier anywhere on the site, please tell us so we can help you right away and prioritize a fix.
