Shipping Policy

Production time
Every item is printed to order. Most orders move through proof review, printing, pressing, and quality check in about 3 business days before they ship. Large group orders (24+ pieces) can take 1–2 extra days.
Shipping cost and carriers
Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order, no minimum. We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever gets your package to you fastest for your address), with labels and live tracking powered by EasyPost.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within about a week of purchase. Estimates are not guarantees: carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can add time, and we are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (via USPS). International shipping isn’t available yet; join our list and we’ll announce it when it is.
Tracking your order
You get an email confirmation with your order number the moment you pay, and a shipping email with a live tracking link when your package leaves our facility. You can also check every stage (proof review, production, shipped, delivered) any time at vacationbehavior.com/track using your order number and email.
Address accuracy and changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; it’s printed on the label exactly as entered. Need to fix it? Email support@stitchandgo.com with your order number as soon as possible; we can update the address any time before the order ships. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped (we may ask you to cover the new postage for address errors on your side).
Shipping delays and your right to cancel
Consistent with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435): if we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout (or within 30 days if none is stated), we will notify you with a revised date and give you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt, full refund. This right applies even though all sales are otherwise final.
Title and risk of loss
Title to products and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your package to the carrier. Any replacement or refund for packages lost or damaged in transit is provided as a courtesy under this policy and is not an assumption of carrier liability.
Late, lost, or damaged packages
If tracking hasn’t moved for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@stitchandgo.com with your order number (and photos, for damage) within 14 days of the last tracking update or delivery. We’ll open a carrier investigation and, if the package is confirmed lost or the contents arrived damaged, send a free replacement or a full refund. Packages marked delivered by the carrier to the address you provided are presumed delivered; for suspected theft we may ask you to file a police or carrier report before a courtesy replacement is issued.
