Vacation Behavior is a brand operated by Stitch and Go. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site and place orders, how we use it, and the service providers that help us run the business.

• Order and contact details you provide: name, email, shipping address, and the design content (text, colors, sizes, quantities) for your products.
• Payment details you enter at checkout. These go directly to our payment processor; we receive a confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and a receipt), but never your full card number.
• Usage data such as basic device and browser information and the pages you view, used to keep the site working and improve it.

• To produce, fulfill, ship, and support your orders.
• To send order confirmations, proofs, receipts, and shipping updates.
• To provide order tracking and customer service.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations.
• With your consent where required, to measure our advertising on platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.

We only share what each provider needs to do its job:

• Stripe — processes payments securely. Your card data is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
• EasyPost and carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and similar) — receive your shipping address to create labels and deliver your order.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts the site, stores order data, and sends our transactional email.
• OpenAI — powers the phrase and idea generator. Prompts you enter in that tool are processed to generate suggestions.
• Analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok) — when enabled, receive standard ecommerce events (page views, add to cart, purchases) to measure and improve our marketing.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small amount of browser storage to keep your shopping cart, remember when you dismiss a promotion, and maintain a secure staff login session. Advertising pixels, when enabled, use their own cookies subject to their platforms’ policies.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
